Crunchy, yet silky smooth hashbrowns made right in the waffle iron. So quick, so easy, and just so darn good!
I recently invested in a waffle iron. And I’ve been bad. Really, really, really bad.
I waffle-ized hashbrowns. Except I added cheese and ham, making these to be pretty much the best kind of waffles of all time.
They crisp up just perfectly in the iron, while completely melting in your mouth with every single bite.
And with the addition of the ham, this can easily be served for dinner with a fried egg on top.
Hashbrowns tend to end up being a greasy food; they’re either deep-fried or end up needing a lot of oil to keep them from sticking to the frying pan. But using a waffle iron reduces the amount of fat needed!
