Learning to Cook From Grandmas Around the World

We’ve eaten a lot of weird, wild (wonderful) foods. But nothing beats the taste of home. We traveled to five countries around the world and asked grandmas and their grandkids to cook their favorite dish together. On the menu: onishime and stewed beef and lotus root in Japan; cepelinai in Lithuania; codfish with cornbread in Portugal; apple crisp in the United States; and spaghetti with red sauce in Peru.
