For today’s cook I am sharing the most flavorful balsamic short ribs I ever made in my life. This one taste so good that when you try it you might just think its the best piece of meat you ever had in you life. To go with it I am also making an awesome sous vide garlic roasted potato that is easy but man its so good!
* SAUCE MARINADE FOR SHORT RIB * 1 Onion Diced Fine 1 tbsp Minced Garlic 4 Cups of Red Wine 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Zest of 1 Orange Salt and Pepper to Taste * ROASTED GARLIC POTATO SAUCE * 5 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Garlic 2 tbsp Rosemary
Final Sauce Ingredients: Juices from Bag, 1/4 cup Heavy Cream, (Thickening Slurry 1 tbsp potato starch 2 tbsp water) Before adding heavy cream and slurry strain. Best sauce ever!
