Sous Vide ONION EXPERIMENT
This video is all about onion, steak and sous vide. As a huge fan of onion I wanted to find out the best way to get the awesome onion flavor into your steak. This onion experiment has a total of 4 steaks. I choose to use the New York Strip steak for this cook. The onion contestants are, Raw Onion, Chopped Dehydrated Onion and Onion Powder. I also added a control steak as per my subscribers request from my garlic experiment.
After cooking these steaks sous vide and using the searzall to finish them off, the result was very unexpected to all of us. The one that came out on top I was not even planning on using it. So it was a big shocker! This experiment was awesome and I also included a Q&A which maumau answer how he got his nick name. The Q&A is in the end of the video, make sure you check that out.
