ISOPOD WITH HONG KONG SALT: Cut isopod into 2 pieces. Coat with flour and fry for 2 minutes. Prepare another pan and add isopod with garlic, ginger, leak, chilli, Hong Kong salt and stir.

FRIED ISOPOD WITH PORK FAT: In a wok, add steamed isopod, garlic, secret sauce, pork fat and chilli. Fry for 1 minute and then serve with coriander on top.

GRILLED ISOPOD WITH SCALLION OIL: Steam the isopod for 15 minutes. Cut the isopod open and remove the extra shell. Lay it on the grill and add scallion oil and peanuts.
