Welcome To The Cheesecake Factory Of Global Cuisine

Chefs Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer like to say they’ve created the Cheesecake Factory of Central Square. They opened a restaurant where they could put anything on the menu and they could cook whatever they wanted. That restaurant is Little Donkey in Massachusetts, where fried chicken sandwiches, soft shell crab chow fun, and Istanbul-style ravioli all appear on the same menu.
